Talin Grigorian is a partner practicing in the areas of general civil litigation, business litigation, construction law, homeowner association law, real estate law, and international law.   Ms. Grigorian is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California and the State of New York.  She has successfully handled a variety of cases with the firm, including complex real estate litigation representing plaintiffs, defendants, and homeowner associations; business litigation involving derivative actions and multi-million dollar claims; and environmental law cases.

Ms. Grigorian earned an LL.M from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.  Ms. Grigorian also earned her bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) and master’s degree (LL.M) in international law from the National University in Tehran, one of the top public regional universities.  Her graduate dissertation, “Conflict of Laws in International Commercial Arbitration,” centered on her interest in international business transactions.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grigorian worked for a law firm outside of the United States, handling domestic corporate transactions and international business transactions for large multi-national conglomerates.  She is fluent in both Farsi and Armenian.
